Samtakt is provided as is, without any guarantee that the service is always available or free of errors, or that content is never lost. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited and does not cover indirect loss. The limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Norwegian law, including gross negligence or intent.
You own and are responsible for the content you add to Samtakt. Do not add unlawful content, or other people's personal data without their consent. Links you share lead to third-party websites that we do not control.
We may remove content and close accounts that break these terms, and we handle reports about content within 24 hours.
The service may change, be paused or be discontinued; we will announce significant changes and discontinuation in the app in reasonable time.
You must be at least 16 to use Samtakt. Norwegian law governs these terms, with the Norwegian courts as venue.
